Hello,
Speaker test Option 1: connect a 9V battery to the speaker terminals, with the positive terminal to the positive terminal of the battery, and the negative terminal to the negative terminal of the battery.
If the speaker vibrates, then it is still working properly.
The same method will also work for testing the tweeter.
Do not leave the 9V battery connected to the speaker for a long time. This could damage it.

After a little feedback to say thank you, it’s always nice... -
I disconnected the first speaker ??
Should I understand that the first measurement was made without disconnecting anything?
The first speaker??? Which speaker is that? The tweeter?
OK .... Impedance 16 Ohms...
Is the 12.2 Ohm measurement taken with the tweeter completely disconnected from the photo?
When you take a measurement with an ohmmeter, the element being measured must always be disconnected.
If so, the tweeter is not cut off and should work, but provided that the diaphragm is not damaged and the coil is not stuck...
