Hello,
I uninstalled Mini Tool Partition Wizard 1.6 on my PC (Windows 10).
But every time I log in, I get this message
I looked in the task scheduler, and indeed there is
I tried to "disable" the task, but it didn't work. It always comes back.
I tried to "End" the task, same result.
What can I do?
Thank you.

Hello
And why did you remove Mini Tool Partition Wizard 1.6? It is useful for the proper functioning of Windows 10
Best regards

Hello JCB40.
That does not answer my question .... !!!!-
Hello,
I don't see how the software in question is useful for the proper functioning of Windows.
I also don't see why we can't disable or delete the corresponding scheduled task.
That said, it may have been relaunched due to a "messy" uninstallation by a Run section, a service, or a lingering executable...
I suggest using Autoruns https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/4175-autoruns/ (to be run in administrator mode) to hunt down unnecessary Run entries and Services.
Also launch services.msc to terminate such a service if necessary, and browse through the program and user folders on your disk to delete anything referencing this software.

Hello and thank you brucine.
I couldn't find a suitable service for Partition Wizard in service.msc.
I downloaded and then ran Autoruns as an administrator. I found traces of Partition Wizard in "scheduled task," which I deleted. Then in "Everything," the deletion responded "failed to delete MiniToolPartitionWizard" (certainly due to the previous action).
I deleted the task in the task scheduler.
I then restarted the PC.
I checked. No more traces in service.msc or in Autoruns.
I will close the ticket tomorrow to make sure everything is okay!
Thank you.
