[Good evening everyone.
For several days, I've been tearing my hair out because my Canon TS3150 printer isn't recognizing the color cartridge despite the tips found on their website (press the red button with the triangle). I've turned it off, done everything but it doesn't work. I've contacted them, no response, and it's impossible to reach them by phone. I've been a customer for two years and usually, the basic troubleshooting works.
If you can help me, you will have my eternal gratitude.

If it's a compatible one, that's not surprising. Cheaper but more problematic.
Is there only one cartridge for colors?
Aren't they separated (cyan, magenta, and yellow)?
▸ If that's your case, I advise you to change printers because if you're missing blue, you'll need to replace the whole cartridge (all 3 colors).
Instead, choose separate color cartridges so you only replace the empty color.

As mentioned in the post, these are cartridges from Breizh Encre, a French company located in Brittany, a customer for a while now, and despite being generic, they have always worked. I used to have an Epson with one cartridge per color, and often even the brand cartridges didn’t always work. I find it excessive to have to change printers every time there is an issue with a cartridge.
