Here’s my little story: I ordered an item on AliExpress on March 10th.
The seller communicated with me on WhatsApp and told me that he had shipped the package and gave me a tracking number for DHL Paket Germany heading to France.
However, the tracking number hasn’t shown anything since March 10th, just [the instructions were transmitted to DHL electronically], but the package isn’t moving.
I called DHL, and they told me that the seller hasn’t handed over the package to DHL. Meanwhile, the seller keeps asking me to be patient for 7 to 15 days, but honestly, I often order from China, and tracking numbers usually work the next day.
Now I’m on day 9 and still no news about the package (not moving), so I opened a dispute through PayPal.
The seller was furious, telling me that the package is in transit and questioning why I did this, but I explained to him that I’m not reassured because the tracking number isn’t working.
Have you ever had this issue with DHL Deutsche Post?
