Hello,
I live in a new house and I've just gained access to the internet (fiber).
My internet box is in my utility room near the electrical panel and I want to connect my decoder located in my living room near my TV and an RJ45 socket.
It's not working; I've tested several connections in vain... I saw that we should use powerline adapters, but I would like to do without them. I want to connect through the RJ45 only. I'm attaching 2 photos of my setup at the panel; could you please help me?
Thank you in advance!
Configuration: Android / Chrome 98.0.4758.101

Hello,
You need to open the cache of the box with the 4 plastic screws. It’s possible that next to the "Office" socket there is one for the living room. So connect one output from the box to the RJ45 socket with an Ethernet cord (not the small one that seems to be on it and was supposed to go to the telephone splitter next to the DTI).
