Hello,
I have an SFR NB6 Box in one room, with an ONT box upstream for fiber for about a year.
In the neighboring room, there’s a TV and an SFR STB7 decoder.
The two are connected by Powerline Ethernet, which only serves to link the Box to the decoder.
Everything is less than 2 years old except for the TV, which is a bit older, and it was working perfectly until last week: when we turn on the TV decoder, the light goes green, and the TV screen switches from "no signal" to all black, suggesting that a signal is being received but is not intelligible.
The Powerline adapters are not at fault, nor are the network cables: the lights are green, and they work when I connect the remote Powerline not to the TV decoder but to my laptop.
The HDMI inputs on the TV are also fine: it’s no better when I switch inputs and cables using the ones dedicated to my TNT decoder, which works perfectly.
The decoder is "seen" by Windows devices and the Box's administration.
Everything suggests that it's the decoder that has issues.
Before I spend my life with SFR support, there is indeed a maintenance menu in the Box's administration, the only function of which is to export a .diag file.
The latter is completely unreadable with Notepad:
It's slightly better with Notepad++ if we enforce UTF8:
Does anyone know of any software or any way to diagnose the decoder?
Thank you.

Hi brucine,
"from "no signal" to all black, suggesting that a signal is being received but is not intelligible": False! your decoder is not sending a signal to your TV. It's your TV that displays this message. I assume it's the one from the next room?
"connect the Box to the decoder": I assume it’s a Canal+ type decoder?
Do you have a way to reset your decoder? Do a hard reboot?
I hope this helps you.... Good luck!
