Snap Problem Oops

Hello,

I’ve been having the same problem since this morning; it says "oops, unable to connect" because supposedly my username is wrong. I don’t understand, I also sent a message to Snap but got no response.
And it works on another phone, so I don’t get what the issue is.

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 15.3
