The Wi-Fi card won't work.

Question

Hello,
I have a problem with my Wi-Fi card. For over a month, my Wi-Fi card sometimes refuses to work for several hours and then starts working again without me knowing why.
It's an Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz. When I check my device manager, it shows code 43.
I've already tried uninstalling the device, updating the driver, using an older version of the driver, and it still refuses to work.
Does anyone know what I should do to make it work again?

right-click on the Wifi device --> uninstall

then click on Action (at the top in the menu bar) --> scan for hardware changes

I have Norton Security, it came with the PC. It is version 21H2.

I have Norton Security; it came with the PC.  Do you mean "pre-installed" on the PC?  PS: didn't you take a subscription for Norton? I deactivated it, I don't use it but I haven't taken the time to uninstall it since I reset my PC this week.

Give me the Wifi device identifier --> click here  PS: the first line is enough, post it via a copy/paste in your response  Also check the date and version of the driver, and provide the information    @+

I restarted once more and now I have version 22.110.1.1 I no longer have code 43 but now there is code 10.

and put it in your documents.
Right-click on --> Intel-FORCED-10x64-22.120.0.3_9x-drp.zip
Select --> 7Zip
Choose --> extract to "Intel-FORCED-10x64-22.120.0.3_9x-drp\"
Go to Device Manager.
Right-click on the device
Update driver
Browse my computer ......
Choose from a list of drivers...
Have Disk
Browse
Go to your documents
Go to the extracted driver folder -->
Folder --> Intel
Folder --> FORCED
Folder --> 10x64
Folder --> 22.120.0.3_9x
Select the file --> Netwtw08.INF and OK
Restart

I had no problem with the installation and now I have version 22.120.0.3 but I still have error code 10.

Now the error code 43 has come back
I had forgotten to mention that I have a dual boot on my PC and the wifi works very well on Ubuntu

so it's Windows that's causing the mess...

check Windows Update to see if you have any optional updates --> Drivers

re  Did you see/read Auryliens message --> click here  There are only Windows 11 updates in the optional updates  It means there’s no update for the driver...  Check if Auryliens solution resolves your problem while waiting for a new driver to be available for your Wifi/Bluetooth  If you have any questions... I restarted the PC after enabling Bluetooth and it still doesn't work.   I think Bluetooth must be disabled  Test it and let us know what it gives  @+  -- The radiation level is higher at the job center than at Chernobyl
