WhatsApp unable to upload a video

Hello everyone, and a big thank you in advance to those who can help me.
On WhatsApp, I can upload my photos but not my videos (it's not a size issue because even a very small one doesn't go through) and I get the message "Video processing failed, please try again later. If you keep seeing this message, please restart your phone."
=> I have restarted many times but nothing works
=> I just followed all the recommendations from WhatsApp (https://faq.whatsapp.com/android/troubleshooting/cant-download-or-send-media-files/?lang=en) but the problem is still there
For your information, I have a Samsung S20 Ultra 5G
