    Hello and welcome to this forum,

    Are you talking about the hidden menu of the TV?
    For what purpose?

    Be careful with this hidden menu, risk of black screen = TV to the dump...;-(
    Try pressing the exit button for more than ten seconds

    Hello and thank you for your response.
    My TV keeps going into a loop and after 5 minutes, the screen goes black!
    The LED backlight works but there's nothing on the TV. No sound, no images!
    If I leave it unplugged for a few hours and plug it back in, it works for 5 minutes, then it restarts, and then nothing... If anyone has had the same issue, I would like to share my situation with you.
