Good evening,

This is a driver for Ethernet network..RJ45 cable..
Check it out with another PC https://realtek-download.com/realtek-pcie-gbe-family-controller/
select the correct driver for Windows 11, download it to a USB stick... Go to your PC and copy it to your hard drive..

Uninstall your current driver, restart the PC and install what you just downloaded... Restart your PC...

It should connect to your network ... and thus to the internet if you are properly connected to your provider.

If you are in a new apartment or house that has never been tried, you should check that the outlets in the house are indeed connected to a BOX..?? on the electrical panel..??

Hi

Are you saying that the driver can't find the network card (and maybe to plug in the cable)

Does it show up in the device manager? (At least as an unknown device with a yellow triangle)

If so, give us the hardware ID

If not, check that it is enabled in the PC's BIOS.

I don't see them in my devices and I don't know anything about the BIOS.

When I try to reinstall it, it says

"The Realtek Network Controller was not found. If Deep Sleep Mode is enabled please plug the cable"

Yes, no need to repeat the same things (????)

Read and apply the answers instead, and provide the requested information.

Either the card is faulty or it is disabled in the BIOS
Why did you want to install its driver?

Because I want to use Ethernet, but before I had the same problem, I managed to fix it and it's not working again. I don't remember how to do it.

You can use a USB/Ethernet adapter to replace your network card

But before it works, so I don't know why there is a bug there.

It's often like that - before breaking down, it works... :-)

You can connect via Wi-Fi and try a Windows Update, since you have a faulty device... (Focusrite Control, but apparently it doesn't concern the network card)
