Hello

A part of my computer is missing and I can't find it (I lost it). Afraid of hurting myself and also because it stresses me out to see it like this, being the perfectionist that I am, I want to fix it. Do you know how to do it, how to replace the missing part without going through a professional (doing it myself) and without it being too complicated? Attached is a little photo!

Thank you in advance for your response.

    Hello
To fix it, you need to sand down the rough spots and "reshape" a rounded corner with epoxy resin putty (like, for example: https://www.amazon.fr/Pattex-P%C3%A2te-r%C3%A9parer-epoxy-colle/dp/B00L4AP3CU.

This putty (when used correctly, will dry and harden) and then with a small file or sandpaper, you can properly reshape the corner...

    See you later

If this answer helped you, a little thumbs up is great... If resolved, that’s perfect.

Let he who has never opened a user manual throw me the first mouse ;-)

    Hello.
Ask your question here https://bricolage.linternaute.com/forum/ because fixing a broken piece of plastic is more about DIY than IT.
For your information there are morphable plastic beads or you can completely replace the part but that will cost you an arm and a leg.
