Hello,
I’m new to your forum and old enough not to understand everything. Please be nice... I have a Panasonic KX-TG6821FR phone. For the past 5 days, I can’t hear my caller and they can’t hear me. I have tried adjusting the ear volume, but that’s not it. I tried unplugging everything and removing the batteries, but nothing… I’m stuck.
Thanks in advance

Unfortunately, I no longer have the manuals (they are 4 years old).

Especially page 19 of the manual.

or for download here: https://mesnotices.20minutes.fr/manuel-notice-mode-emploi/PANASONIC/KXTG6821FR-_F

Thank you for the notice
I have a circle in the bottom left corner crossed out and if I try to make a phone call it says Pause

It could be that, see page 19 of the manual under the section "Mute the microphone," but I didn't see the corresponding button on the handset, so we'll have to do some testing.

Hello,

There may be a "mute" button that you accidentally activated....

The manual should mention this....
