Hello,

I have an old computer that runs very slowly.
I tried to reinstall everything to default but it’s still the same.
If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it.
Thanks in advance.

Hello
To diagnose the PC:
Download FRST 64
The SmartScreen filter may trigger an alert. Click on Actions or More information then click on Run anyway
Close all applications, including the browser
Launch the program FRST.exe
It should be launched by right-clicking -> Run as administrator
Wait until it indicates The tool is ready to use
Click on the " Scan " button.
Wait for the scan to finish, a message will indicate that the analysis is complete.
At the end of the scan, the reports " FRST.txt " and " Addition.txt " are created.
The reports are saved in the same location as the software " FRST 64 "
The process is simple; you send each report: Here
Each time a link to these reports will be provided.
In return, give both links so that we can read the reports
To do this, simply right-click on the link provided by pjjoint then “Copy link address”.
Then right-click and paste the links in your next message.

your Windows 10 is not up to date
you are on version 20 H2 while the latest one is 21 H2
update
your memory is starting to fill up, it is filled at 80 %
consider adding a 4 GB stick
your CPU is not powerful at all, so no miracles
