Hello,
I have a display problem with the DaVinci Resolve 16 software: after selecting my project, nothing displays, just a black screen, but the buttons are present (when I hover over the screen, the drop-down menus appear).
I don't think the issue is due to the setup, but just in case: Asus Prime H610M motherboard; Intel Core i5 12400 processor; 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 memory + 1TB M2SSD hard drive and an NVIDIA GEFORCE - RTX2060 - 1680 MHZ - 6 GB GDDR6 - 14000MHz 6 PCI EXPRESS 3.0 16x Gigabyte graphics card; 2TB SATA hard drive.

Hello, the simplest thing is that you have some top guides on YouTube to help you install and start editing step by step.

And I'm not starting the editing either; I already had DaVinci on my old PC.

Hello, I invite you to perform a "system restore to a date prior" to your last software installation.
System restore to a date prior and reinstall your software.
In case of persistent bugs, remember to perform a "system restore to a date prior" (to the bug) before making drastic changes to your computer; this is a Windows term aimed at restoring your system to the state before the bug. It is risk-free, reversible, and often beneficial.
Go to "Settings" and type "restore" in the box.
In the dropdown, click on "create a restore point."
Click on "system properties" then system restore.
In the box, click on "next."
Choose a date prior to the day of the bug.
Next... let the calculation time go by....
PS: When you want to install software or an application, it is wise to first create a restore point with a name; it will be useful in case of failure or if you change your mind, allowing you to revert to the state before the installation. Note that Windows also creates automatic dates that you can use if needed.

    Hello,

Try again by installing the latest version of Davinci Resolve, which is 17.4.3 for me.

Also, check if your GPU needs to be updated, you never know...

    Best regards
