What is an Intel Core i5-10210U worth?

Then, I'm thinking it doesn't make sense to upgrade the RAM later if the processor can't keep up... What do you think of this CPU? Will it hold up in the coming years?

I do office work and photo editing on Lightroom mainly.

the i5-10210U dates from 2019.
It is in the upper mid-range of CPUs.
The i5-1135G7 dates from 2020
It is in the high-end and is 58% more powerful than the i5-10210U.
