Hello

I am encountering an issue with 3 Lenovo 330S-15RR computers
The 3 computers are working fine, but the dual display on the video projector only works with some videos.
Most of the time, when I press the Windows + P keys, I get the display option, but there’s no image appearing.

I have tried updating the graphics card and Windows, but still nothing!

What should I do?

Thank you

    Hello,

I don't think we can say that the projector isn't working... The reason for it not functioning is the failure to follow the rules for proper operation... That is to say, you need to give it the right settings.

1° You need to know the brand and model of this projector, and understand its characteristics well.

2° Have an analysis of the videos that are not working using "MediaInfo" to understand what is wrong between the video file and the projector...
https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo ==> installed on the PC.
==> right-click on your video... View ==> Text and paste all the text here...

3° Knowing the same analysis of the videos that work should allow for comparisons to understand.....

There is not ONE video... But MANY videos.

    Thank you for your help

The brand of the projector is Epson Eb20. On this type of projector, the dual display does not work. I'm on Windows 10
However, on Viewsonic projectors, there are no display issues.

For clarification: there is no video projected. Only the Windows desktop is displayed. I have tried changing the resolution... to no avail.

I can only see what I can do.

    Hello
You need to change and adjust the graphics resolution on the computer so that it is compatible with the projector.
There is a good chance that you need to lower this resolution in the graphics settings of the computer.

    Epson ref: EB-E20

    This projector has an
    XGA, 1024 x 768, 4:3
display, it only has this format. Already, the 4:3 aspect ratio comes from old TVs, while 16:9 has been widespread for a long time.

So if you want to display this, you need to go to your PC's display settings and adjust the values:

Image dimension = 1024x768 XGA, which corresponds to this image dimension..
    Aspect ratio = 4:3

However, for the Viewsonic, you need the exact model to have an explanation... I thought you understood that... In any case, its specifications must not be the same...
