Create live USB Win10 32bits

For the WinPE environment, the answer is apparently no, you have to choose 32-bit:

But you must of course know what you want to do with it.

There is nothing preventing you from creating a Windows 10 32-bit installation USB that will be limited to Microsoft repair tools only; you can also create Live USB troubleshooting drives, and it is not stated whether they are offered in 32 or 64-bit mode.

The problem is that my PC showed me a blue screen; it was Windows 8.1. I installed Windows 10, and I updated Windows 10 to 20H2. Before the update, I was able to activate Windows because it had been deactivated. It worked very well before, but a display issue notification often appeared. My graphics card is: AMD Radeon HD 7640G. Suddenly, a blue screen appears with the code: SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED. My PC refused to boot into safe mode with internet connection (F5), only with simple safe mode (F4).

My PC encountered another problem in addition to multiple corrupted files, and the automatic repair was looping. I used chkdsk to fix the errors, but what seems strange to me is that my local disk C: which was essentially where all my files were stored now appears as D:. I had to run chkdsk D:/F/R. The biggest issue is that I can't do anything in safe mode; the display remains frozen, no icons show up, not even the settings display, only the touchpad cursor and the display screen, even the clock doesn't work, so I can't do anything in safe mode. I think my last resort is a live CD.

@Nathan_5235It is likely in this context that either your PC is not compatible with Windows 10, or you attempted to install a 64-bit version instead of a 32-bit one, or more probably that one of the drivers is failing to be compatible with Windows 10.

In this last scenario, starting from a standard Windows 10 support should be sufficient in principle, then it's your responsibility to look for compatible drivers before restarting.

I am not a pro in computer science, I don't know much about this field, but I believe it is currently running on a 32-bit OS. It is a Samsung PC model: NP365E5C-S02UB.

I want to repair Windows because even in Safe Mode the PC does not work; everything is stuck, even the clock, no application icons appear except for the arrow, but it wasn't like this before, Safe Mode used to work just fine. This happened after I ran CHKDSK because my computer was in an automatic repair loop. After executing CHKDSK which took about 50 minutes, Safe Mode freezes and the display locks up, and my restore points are deleted. What seems even stranger is that the C partition letter has changed to D, and C appears as a 500 MB system reserved, while D has become the main one of 148 GB.

@Nathan_5235In this command line situation, you have all the disk partitions; C is the first one, which usually should be the hidden Windows boot, here the letter doesn't matter.

@Nathan_5235There are experts on CCM for Windows repair. It's not my cup of tea; I just stick to booting from the Windows CD and attempting repairs. If that doesn't work, I go for a fresh Windows reinstall from scratch.

The description of your situation, crashing before on W8, crashing on W10, makes me think of a hardware issue, like a failing hard drive that only works half the time.
