Good evening,
I want to be able to access my SFR email inbox on my phone as well; I am trying in vain to view my password (the eye icon appears but I can't read it). I only have "forgot password" but I don't want to change it.

Hello,

If I understand correctly, you also access your SFR email via Webmail on your PC (not the best idea, but okay), and if you have saved the credentials in your browser, they are the same and can be viewed in plain text.

Is it a Webmail that you are using (are you going directly to the SFR client account), not a mail software?

Which browser are you using for that? Do you enter your credentials each time or are they saved?

Yes, I go directly through a shortcut on my desktop, I'm using Google Chrome and yes ("unfortunately") my credentials are saved. Thank you for taking the time to respond to me. Chantal Joubert
