Hello,
external access to our association's Bbox for the teleworking of volunteers is not possible. Bouygues does not seem to understand the seriousness of the issue or worse, does not comprehend it! Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Hello,
I suppose there's no question of accessing the Box itself (it's configured in its administration, but I don't really see the point) but rather the computers downstream.
I don't see why this would work more or less with the Bbox than with others.
But for that, you need remote control software on both the host and client machines, and it should be allowed both in the Box's firewall and in the PCs' firewalls.

And you also need an IP redirector if the Box's address is not fixed, in which case we will connect not via the IP but through the "domain name."
Hello,
You need to provide the definition and description of what telecommuting means to you.
In a company, a VPN will be implemented to create a secure private network between the user's PC and the company's resources. This could be a file server, applications running on a server, or remote control of a PC, although the latter option is rarely used in a professional environment.

Hi,
as I mentioned before, you first need to know what you want to do with your remote access instead of blaming Bouygues, even though they deserve it.
Basically,
either you just want to access a web server or something similar, so you need to forward a port and that should work.
Or you want to access an entire network and Windows file shares, in which case you shouldn't do it like that; you need to install a VPN server (preferably OpenVPN in bridge mode) and only forward the VPN port to the server (UDP 1194 by default for OpenVPN).
You never put a Windows network on the internet without a VPN.

All of this is true and has been working for 10 years with other operators.
In fact, everything is set up to work, including simple access to the box menu (192.168.1.254), okay locally but inaccessible from outside; I'll start with that, then we'll see about accessing the NAS server which is also inaccessible (I know the definitions perfectly but, obviously, not the potential trap!?).

Thank you for this response. It's always interesting when you can catch the detail that you missed. Unfortunately, that's not the case; even port 443 is the one indicated in the Bbox menu, but whether with or without it, it's the same.
I know it's their box, but for now, I've only had charming operators who are unable to help me, and THEY are supposed to call me back (without follow-up).
For your information, here’s a copy of a message from the hotline regarding how to connect (remote) remotely.
I remind you that this is my trial before going further with the NAS.

Explain to the client the use of remote access.
This feature allows the client to control their Bbox remotely to perform settings. The function must be activated from the administration interface at http://192.168.1.254 or https://mabbox.bytel.fr
Bbox Admin Interface Refer to the article "Accessing your Bbox remotely"
Action(s) to be taken
Select the client's Box.
Box NG1 / NG2 / Taipei / TG 787
1) Go to Box Service, then Remote Access, and finally to Settings
2) Activate the feature by clicking ON
Attention:
The access password for the interface must have a STRONG security level for remote access to be configured. Adding a special character like "$" or "_" and a number significantly increases the security level of the access password for the Bbox management interface.
The following security message may appear when connecting:
To bypass this error message, simply click on "Continue with this website (not recommended)"
Box 3704b / 3784b / OB1-C / OB1-F
1) Go to Remote Setup
2) Activate remote assistance by clicking ON.

Sure,
I know that at Bouygues there are shared ipv4 behind a cgn, it might be your case. Do you have the ability to check the WAN address on your box and compare it with what you have on a site like what is my IP address?
See if it's the same.
