Hello,
I picked up a second-hand camera and when I scan the QR code it associates with the phone number of the previous owner...
How can I intervene directly?

    With the camera off, after turning the lens block upwards, next to the memory card slot there is a button marked Reset that needs to be pressed and held for at least 5 seconds to reset the settings to factory defaults.


    Then you just need to start the installation from scratch and it should work.
