Hi,
I tried to start my computer, but I got a black screen saying "Intel(r) me unconfiguration in progress." and it keeps looping, and the PC restarts and it comes back, I have a HP fix. A metal piece also came off my PC, but I don't know what it is. I need this computer for work, and I hope I won't lose anything on it.
I hope to get a response..
