Network card issue code 10 and 43

Hello, I recently got a new computer and today, all of a sudden, my network card (Intel R WIRELESS-AC9560 160MHz) stopped working. I'm usually on Wi-Fi for my internet, but now I don't see any available networks, and when I go to Device Manager, it shows either error code 10 or code 43 for the network card.

I have the latest drivers, I uninstalled and reinstalled the device (and the drivers), restarted the PC, and even reverted to an older version of Windows (from when I didn't have the issue), but nothing works. If you have any solutions, I'm open to suggestions.

    download this driver to your desktop --> click here

    run it as administrator (right-click)

    at the end of the installation, restart the pc and see how it goes with the Wifi
