Tv Thomson ne s'éteint plus et ne change plus de chaîne.

Hello, I have a Thomson TV with smart features,
It's impossible to turn it off and change channels, the volume
I thought it was the remote control batteries,
Still the same, I tried with another one and it’s still the same
I tried using the buttons on the TV, but that doesn't work either
The TV turns on fine when I unplug it
Can you help me?

    Hello and welcome to this forum,

    Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes and plug them back in.
    If there's no result and if you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
