Thomson TV Store Mode

Hello,

I bought a Thomson smart TV at the beginning of December.
Everything was working fine, but since yesterday, a vertical band has appeared on the left and right sides with the TV's specifications.
I tried to find a solution, and it seems that it has gone into store mode.
I attempted to follow what I could read, but I can't find where to change it in the settings, and I've opened all the proposed tabs. No mention of "mode" or "location."
I then tried another technique I read here, to unplug everything for 5 minutes, and when I plugged it back in, a message appeared for a few seconds saying "your TV is in store mode, switch back to system mode," but there are no options to change it.
I'm a bit lost.
The model of the TV is 55UH7500.

Hello,
Thank you for your response.
This post is part of the ones I mentioned earlier; I had seen it before, but as I was saying, in the settings menu, there is no "place" or "location" option.
