Hello,I had to remove the Hisuite application from my laptop and phone a few months ago.I am reinstalling it today, but I am being asked for a private space code. Hello! This is not my case nor an answer to my question. I don't know how to retrieve the private space code after installing HiSuite on my HP laptop 15 and connecting my Huawei P20 Lite. I checked the authorization for connection via HDB, the phone code is requested and it goes through fine, then it's asking me to enter the private space code, and that's where I get stuck because I don't have it. You can enter 3 codes and when they're incorrect, you have to wait 10 minutes to try again. There's no option for a forgotten code... Hello Your response does not answer my question. I reinstalled the Hisuite application (which worked well before the uninstallation) on the HP Laptop 15 and connected the Huawei P20 lite. According to the instructions, I checked the HDB connection permission in the settings, then I entered my phone code, and then I was asked to enter the Private Space code, which I do not have. You are allowed 3 attempts, after which you have to wait 10 minutes to try again. There is no option for a forgotten code.... What should I do to connect the devices? re  since you don’t remember the private space code, I think the best thing is for you to go to the Store with the phone, so that someone can unlock the function for you  I also read this in the 2nd link I gave you:  There is the alternative to unlock the phone and access the private space of the device with the fingerprint sensor. To access this option, go to the passwords and security section in the device settings, then add a fingerprint, where you will need to register a fingerprint different from the one you had  @+  -- the radiation level is higher at the employment center than at Chernobyl
