Hello,
We bought our mom a Condor FP208 (in the portable) and F6 (on the quick start guide) at Orange with a Mobicarte.
However, we do not know how and where to insert the SIM card.
Thank you for your help.
We are attaching the photo so you can indicate exactly where to put it because there are 3 slots.

In the top left corner it says Sim 1, that's where you need to put your card.

Only on the SIM1 slot, there is no marking like on the SIM2 slot.
And do we insert the card with the contact side facing up or facing down?

You put it in one way, and if it doesn’t work, you change the direction. There is a slot, you have to put it in the slot, so slide it under the metal bar, under the small metal bar. This should be explained in the manual of the phone. The brand is there, you can see it a little, but it’s there.
