    It's probably because you entered the RIB key instead of the IBAN key

    It should be presented as follows: FR all the way to the left, then the 2 digits after FR in the next box, then your IBAN, and leave 2 boxes empty at the end. It worked for me

      I confirm, in the country code: FR

      IBAN Key: the 2 digits following the FR: for example 75

      and then enter the IBAN example: 1234 1234 1234 1234 1234 123.

      There are indeed 2 empty fields.
