Problem with the arm on Pathé Marconi TLT531V turntable

Hello, I have a Pathé Marconi TLT531V turntable with a tangential arm, but the arm does not start at the beginning of the record. I am a former electronics technician and have already looked at the mechanical adjustment without success. I am looking for the complete schematic and the adjustment manual for this device. If someone can help me, I would be grateful, as other than this problem, it works very well.

    Thank you to Jee Pee, but unfortunately, it seems that there is no documentation on this turntable model and I regret it because there is so much available on the internet. I will try to reach out to some old technicians I know. I am not losing hope; I am persistent.
