Hello, I have an issue with Tmac v6. I select "Wifi", then "Random Mac changer", and then "change now". After that, there is a short wait followed by an error message that says "Failed to change MAC Address. For wireless network connections, set the first octet of MAC address as '02' and try again." Note that the 02 box is checked by default when I open Tmac. I am using a TP Link TL-WN725N.
If anyone has a solution, I would appreciate it, thank you in advance.

    Hi

    It works fine for me

Strange idea to change your MAC address...

Is it to bypass a protection?

      Hi,
      in your opinion ;-)
What else can security tests be useful for?
On the other hand, it indicates the model of the network card, but I think that doesn't matter; the modification should only occur dynamically in the Windows tables (probably the registry) and not on the network card at all.
The problem is likely more within Windows, checking if the account is a local administrator.
