Error99 out of 1000d canon

Hello, I’ve just had a little problem, I hope not with my camera, a Canon 1000D EOS. Since I’ve had it (August ’21) no issues, and now there’s an error 99: “shot not possible. turn the power switch to off, then on, or reinstall the battery.” I can’t take photos with any lens, I’ve tried with the 55-250 and the EF-S 18-55. Can someone help or explain? Thank you.
