Intermittent charging issue

Hello, my wife has a Xiaomi Redmi K30 Pro (Zoom edition). For some time now, when she wants to charge it, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I've also noticed that when the phone charges, it charges for a while before the charging stops.
At first, I thought it was a loose connection in the USB module (the piece at the bottom), because when you shake it or apply a lot of pressure, it sometimes starts charging again.
Unfortunately, I replaced it last night, and the problem persists. What could it be? I'm hesitant to change the battery, but I checked with Ampere, and the charging seems to be okay. This is the first time I've encountered this type of problem.
