Fast forward or rewind on my TV is not working.

Hello everyone

My LG 49 UH668V TV from 2016 no longer allows me to use fast forward or rewind on replay
with my remote control for quite some time!
When I'm watching a match, for example, and I've seen half of it, it's impossible to fast forward.
The TV takes me back to the starting point... without asking for my opinion...
It's frustrating.

    It's not coming from the TV...
    It's either the remote control or the app being used that is glitching...
