I am already registered on Meetic. My account is blocked. It is impossible to log in to Meetic
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 94.0

Ask them the question... (they should have a contact form on their site...)

But before that, when you can’t connect to a website, you should try again after clearing your browser's cache... and/or with another one, and/or from a private browsing window..

It is also possible that the blockage is intentional by the site... in such cases, we go back to the first sentence of my reply, but after making sure you have complied with their terms of use...
