Hello,
my TV turns on and shows the SHARP logo, then the Android logo, and the TV turns off. It was working perfectly right before the last Android update and I have no way to reset it via the TV menu, I can't find how to reset using the buttons on the side, the volume down and input combo doesn't work, and I don't have anything in the documentation! Any other suggestions, please? Also, I can't find the firmware to possibly reset via USB, if you have a solution, thank you very much.
