Hello,
Since this morning I have been encountering a problem with the 'start screen' of Windows 11. When I select 'Settings', instead of the 'Settings' menu appearing, the icon goes to the taskbar and I have no way to open the application.
For your information, everything else is working normally including the other functions offered in the 'start screen' menu.
Here is my configuration:

Windows 11 64 bits
DirectX: 12.0
Processor: RYZEN 5 3600
16 GB of RAM: DDR4 3200 MHz
Graphics card: Sapphire R9 290 TRI-X OC UEFI
Motherboard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX
1 SSD 500 Go for the system
1 HDD 3 To for data
1 ASUS Blu-ray burner

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Open --►Settings
    Left menu --►Apps
    Right menu --►Apps & features

    In the next window:
Right menu --► Choose where to get apps
Still on your right --► Expand the small arrow in the shape of a V
    Select --►Anywhere

    Close the Settings window.
Restart the PC_Settings application. (It's a shortcut to access the Settings page)
    As in Windows 10

      Hello,

There is a simpler solution to create a shortcut for the application --►Settings

      A)
Right-click on the Desktop --►New Shortcut

In the field ''Type the location of the item'' , type --►ms-settings:
Do not forget the colon at the end of the command.
      Or copy/paste the command -► ms-settings:

      Click on --►Next

In the small window, name it -►Settings
With or without an accent on the e of Settings (e before the t)
''Type a name for this shortcut'' -►Settings

      Click on --►Finish

      B)
      Keyboard shortcut Windows + R
      Type or copy/paste --► ms-settings:

      Click on --►OK

      C)
      Keyboard shortcut Windows + A
This will open the Action Center.
Click on the gear icon --►All Settings
