Install Windows 10 64-bit AMD Phenom II X4 965

Hello,
I have a 64-bit compatible processor (Amd Phenom II X4 965) and I cannot install Windows 10 in 64-bit while it works in 32-bit (I also have more than 4GB of ram)

    Hi,

    Can you say why you can't install it?

    Do you currently have a system on it?

    Try checking if you can update your BIOS or if you have a 32 or 64-bit option?

    I don't know about AMD BIOS.

      Hello, I updated the BIOS last, which I think was in 2013.
      And yes, I currently have 32-bit Windows 10 on this PC.
