Rufus does not detect my external drive.

Hello, I'm trying to burn an iso (Debian) onto my external hard drive using rufus. This drive has
already been used for this purpose, but after an interrupted formatting, rufus does not recognize
the drive. I did a complete format, but the problem persists.
Do you have a solution?

    Hello,

    For Linux, it's more like Universal USB Installer

    To reset your disk, you can use Active@ KillDisk Freeware
    (But the problem might not be that)
