Hello,

I bought a Toguard dashcam. I'm experiencing a problem when formatting the micro SD card.
When I turn on the camera, it says
"Cluster size wrong. Please format".
I go to the Format tab, select the only file available "TF Card", it says "All data will be deleted", I accept, and then it freezes, remaining on this screen for several minutes, while in a video on YouTube it formats instantly.

I have used two micro SD cards to ensure it's not either of them, a 64 Go Evo and a 128 Go Sandisk. First, I formatted them in NTFS format.

I have tried formatting from my car as well as from my wife's car.

I need a helping hand please, I don't know where to turn in such a basic situation like formatting x).

Thank you,

Tim

Hello,
You mention... "I used two micro SD cards to ensure that the issue doesn't come from either of them, a 64 GB Evo and a 128 GB Sandisk. First, I formatted them in NTFS."
The formatting of SD and microSD cards is done in FAT32 (or ExFAT) and not NTFS.

Good evening,
I just formatted it in ExFat, I put it back in the dashcam, it still says the same thing and then it freezes again during formatting via the camera.

Edit: Dashcam TOGUARD Ce20

Hello.
First of all, I formatted them in NTFS format

Try FAT32, also check the specifications of your camera whose brand you only provided, then go to the manufacturer's website https://www.toguard.cc/collections/dash-camera

I didn't tell you in ExFat but in FAT32.

The formatting does not offer me FAT32.

Check if your camera accepts this type of card; I gave you the manufacturer's website above.
Try formatting it with Easeus Partition Master Free.
That's all from me; if it still doesn't work, contact the manufacturer's support at support@toguard.cc

Have you received a response? I'm facing the same issue, but with the first camera I bought (same model), I didn't have any problems :(
