If you're mainly using it for browsing the internet and downloading, you can stay as is, just add one more memory stick as we've already mentioned, and maybe a graphics card for better video playback.
Regarding the graphics card, if you're not using 3D software or playing recent games, the upgrade can start at around €45 with the Nvidia 8400 GS or the ATI HD 2400 Pro, which are not good for 3D but very good for video playback, including HD (high definition from Blu-ray burners).
Prices are already low and I don't think they will drop further, so if you watch a lot of videos on your PC, it might be a good idea.

I can still see that you have a 512 MB DDR2 533 memory stick, with only 77 MB available,
indeed you are lacking memory, I advise you to add an identical stick, you'll be more comfortable.
