Hello, I saw a tip to use regular batteries instead of rechargeable ones in a headset. I removed 1 cm of insulation, but it doesn’t work. Should I look for my headset before using it? Thank you for your answers.

Hello,
It would have been wise to specify the model and brand of your headset. Each headset is different.

Your headset is equipped with a base for charging...
What is the point of inserting non-rechargeable batteries?

In the headset, I need to put batteries. Since I don't have any rechargeable ones, I saw a trick on this site.

Hello,

By the way...

I presume you are referring to what is proposed here:

https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-24262769-casque-philips-sbc-piles#2

I don't know if it works... however, be careful, if you manage to put "ordinary" batteries in a slot designed for rechargeable ones, never place the headset back on the charging dock, at the risk of the batteries "exploding" or catching fire!....
In short, a non-rechargeable battery should never be used in a slot where charging is potentially possible....
