Candy Crush server issue

Hello,
For a month now, I no longer have access to the chocolate box to earn boosters. When I click on it, it says "server error" and "I cannot connect you to the server," and without boosters, it's not easy to win matches.
Thank you for your help.
P.S.: Of course, I have turned my phone off several times.

    For me, it's the same; unfortunately, I don't have the solution.

      Uninstall and reinstall 5 minutes later, it works.

        Still having the bug even after reinstalling?!
        I didn’t really wait 5 minutes but does that make a difference?

        me too, after changing my password I can no longer log in, "connection error please try again later". I even used the forgot password option and it's the same, and I don't want to lose my level "39900".
