Hello, when I try to set up my Tic-Toc account it says << sorry you don't seem to have the right to use Tic-Toc >> thank you in advance. Even creating a new account doesn't work, and I'm over 13 years old.

    There's no need to ask any other questions; deal with it and only with TikTok.
