Hello,
so here is my problem: I bought this MP3 new, I unboxed it and it won't turn on. I then connected it to my computer for 1 hour and 30 minutes, and when I unplugged it, it turned off and doesn't want to turn on. It's really frustrating, it cost me 40 euros... if anyone has an idea, that would be great.

Hello,
I don't know if this can help you, but the manual states:
When powered on: Set the side button to the "ON" position to turn on the device. The device will then display the main menu.
If the side button is already in the "ON" position, you need to press the >|| button (for about 5 seconds), to turn on the device. The device will then display the main menu.
