Recaptcha blocks access: can't log in as administrator

Hello,

To manage the website on WordPress at the address coudacoud.org/wp-admin

I enter the username and password which are correct, but I cannot log in.

An error message states: recaptcha "failed"

What should I do, who should I contact...?

    Hello,

    If you have access to the FTP of your hosting, simply disable the reCaptcha plugin by renaming the folder, it is located in the /wp-content/plugins directory.
