Xbox One freezes when loading user profile.

Hello everyone,

For a few days now, when I turn on my Xbox One, the startup gets stuck just after the green "Xbox" screen, when the message "Hello XXX (username)" appears.

I can’t get to the screen that allows me to choose the game I want to launch.

Do you have a solution?

I’ve tried resetting it, unplugging it, etc., but nothing works.

    Hello,

    I know that on Xbox, the solution that fixes quite a few problems is to clear the cache.

    Try this and then see if you can connect to see if it worked:

    - Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds until the console completely turns off (no lights on the front).

    - Unplug the power cable from the back of the console.
    - Wait a few minutes (about 2 to 3 minutes).
    - Plug the cable back into your Xbox One.
    - Press the power button to turn it back on.
    - Your Xbox One or Xbox One X has an empty cache.
