Hello,
I have a Lenovo ideapad 330 17IKB laptop running Windows 10 64-bit, and it regularly shows "we are having trouble loading your feed" at startup of Windows or when launching the internet browser (EDGE or FIREFOX). How can I fix this?

Are you using Edge?

I'm not too familiar with Edge

But it seems to be trying to connect, or another Microsoft program

You captured in Everything of Autoruns

Logon, Scheduled tasks and Services would show much less, it's more targeted when you go into these tabs.

But apart from OneDrive (if you're not using it) and some Edge items (if you're not using them), nothing relates to your problem.

Though you can uncheck unnecessary programs in these sections.

It'll just help your PC...

I don't understand the Microsoft problem, other than it seems to be looking for an internet connection?

So I will use Firefox ONLY from now on and not Edge at all anymore, and I will continue to not use OneDrive.... But what about Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)?

In Logon, you can uncheck everything except what is in Installed Components (Edge)

Installed Components does not really start at startup, the rest does.

In Scheduled tasks, it's up to you except for Microsoft\Windows\NetTrace\gatherNetworkInfo and the Office items that I wouldn't touch.

In Services, look in the "Publisher" column

And all the items that are not from Microsoft Corporation, you can set them to Manual by opening services.msc from Windows by right-clicking on the Start button: Run: services.msc

The fewer Run (Logon), scheduled tasks (Scheduled tasks), and services in automatic startup, the better your PC will perform.

Some services are required for certain updates, like Office, Adobe.

But most are strictly unnecessary.

Your help has been invaluable, fabul, but due to a mistake on my part, I had to reset the computer (it's currently being done), and as a result, I don't think the problem will come back!
