SSD not detected in BIOS W10

Hello everyone,

I have been the happy owner of an ASUS A15 TUF566QM-HN039T for a few months now. At the same time, I bought a 1TB PNY - Internal SSD - CS3030 - 1TB - M.2 NVMe (M280CS3030-1TB-RB) to serve as a secondary SSD.
I installed it, followed the setup instructions, put my games on it, and everything was working well until the last W10 64-bit update a week ago (build 19043.1165).
Since then, my SSD is no longer detected by W10; I checked the BIOS and didn't find anything either (although I might not have looked in the right place, the ASUS W10 BIOS is... strange). I also reopened my laptop to check that the SSD hadn't moved (unlikely, but you never know).
In short, I'm out of options; if anyone has any ideas on the subject, I'm all ears.

Thank you.

Hey,

Is it not visible in the disk manager (via Windows)?

Unfortunately no, there is only disk 1, which is my main SSD with W10. There is also a blank disk 0, with 0 bits of capacity, and I cannot interact with it.
