I think you might be dreaming a little...!!! You want us to provide the wiring diagram for an intercom network with 20 stations... do you realize what you are asking volunteers? It’s work for a company that knows this equipment... it might be simple, it might be complicated...?? and it’s unknown to us.
You should rather contact the parent company https://www.ingelec.ma/ that exists in your country and should know about this stuff... or a local installer.
