Hello,
I am new and would like some help please
I live in an apartment and I have an issue with the intercom. I can hear the interlocutor, I can open the door, but they cannot hear me. I took a photo of the intercom wiring.
Is it possible to check and let me know if the issue comes from the intercom microphone or if there was a mistake or poor wiring?

Since CCM is technology-oriented, I think CCM Bricolage would be more suitable for this type of question.
